Tower Comics' NoMan was a 2 issue series written by Steve Skeates with artwork by Ogden Whitney, John Giunta, Gil Kane & Paul Reinman. NoMan was created by Len Brown and Wally Wood. Lightning was a back-up feature in both issues, written by Steve Skeates with artwork by Chic Stone.
As a T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agent (The Higher United Nations Defense Enforcement Reserves) Dunn is given an invisibility cloak and becomes NoMan!

Tower Books came out with NoMan comics in paperback, containing stories from T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #2 - #5. Featured artwork by Wally Wood, Dick Ayers, Gil Kane, John Guinta & Mike Sekowsky.
I've always loved the comic book paperbacks!
NoMan was also featured in Tower Books' The Terrific Trio along side Dynamo and Menthor. The terrific artwork for the NoMan story, from T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #6, was by Steve Ditko!
Additionally, Tower Books came out with two other comic book paperback books, Dynamo & Menthor.

Solson Publications came out with a single T.H.U.N.D.E.R. #1 with NoMan prominent on the cover. No other issues were published. Written by Michael Sawyer with art by James Lyle & Ron Wilber.

Interesting how an invisibility cloak makes his whole body invisible even when it isn't covering much of anything.
