When I think of Chic Stone, I think of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents (Dynamo & Lightning) & Marvel superheroes.
Chic broke into comics at sixteen, image that. He also served as art director for magazines early in his career before getting back into comic books. Later in his career he worked for Red Circle superhero comics & Dell doing Garrison's Gorillas & Flying Saucers.
As well as superheroes, Stone worked on quite a few issues of Archie comics. Additionally he worked on the famous Hulk, Human Torch & Daredevil Hostess ads.
For Marvel, Chic inked most of the Jack "the King" Kirby work on Avengers, Captain America (in Tales of Suspense) Fantastic Four, Inhumans (in Amazing Adventures), Thor (in Journey into Mystery) & X-Men.
Stone built a great portfolio over his long career in comics, being well respected for his inks on Kirby's pencils.
