| As far as I can tell, this magnificent four page Flash Gordon story by Michael (The Shadow) Kaluta is unpublished. I don't know, why?! It's gorgeous! |
The Kaluta story was published in a 1972 fanzine called Heritage, a two volume tribute to Flash Gordon that also had Flash stories by Jeffrey Jones, Frank Brunner, Reed Crandall and Esteban Maroto, portfolio pieces by Neal Adams, Stan Pitt, Gray Morrow and Kenneth Smith, covers by Alex Raymond, Al Williamson and Wally Wood...and I've left a lot out. One of the most beautiful publications to come out of the golden age of fanzines, I'm sure you'd appreciate it.
