Jose Luis (Superman) Garcia-Lopez provided a stunning cover inked by Dick (Sarge Steel) Giordano.

was that image of hippolyte stating she could no longer let diana live in man's world, by jose delbo above, from dc comics special #9? looking for the origin of that issue and cannot find it anywhere! this is the closest i have come and just want to be sure.
